An important part of being a leader

I have been living in the my house for about four months now, and I have a next door neighbor that I have only seen a few times so far. Every time I would see him it would only be for a split second because we were both rushing off to do whatever we had that day. Finally, this weekend I was able to officially meet my neighbor and learn his name and a little about him. To be a leader in a community I think it is important to get to know the people in the community, and there is no excuse for not knowing those closest to you, such as a next door neighbor.
